OPEN CALL FOR VIRTUAL EXHIBITION
This call for proposals aims to select works to compose the virtual exhibition Fronteiras Invisíveis which will premiere on 11/11 on the website www.fronteirasinvisiveis.com and on the Instagram profile: @invisiveisfronteiras
The objective is to research, discuss and highlight how digital has influenced the invisible borders between bodies and/or spaces and what are the possible impacts on territorial dynamics. Migratory flows, forms of housing and practices such as nomadism and immigration have undergone changes. In a world where the body becomes data, how can we study the geography of digitally inhabited space?
We look for works that dialogue with themes such as: nomadism, immigration, technology, virtual spaces, territories, borders, etc.
The exhibition is part of the course completion work in Architecture and urbanism at the Federal University of Minas Gerais by the student Roberta Silvestre under the guidance of Cristiano Cezarino Rodrigues.
